get married or anything like that, I am just looking for us to spend more time together". And he said, "MARRIAGE ISN'T NECESSARILY A BAD THING". What does this mean? Could this mean he is interested in marrying me? We have been together for about 8 months and are very close. We are in our late 20's.
What do you think???

I think it's way too early to think about getting married. If you're ready to be exclusive, that's different, but you need to be together longer before getting married. I knew my ex only 6 months before we got married, and I am positive that if we had known each other longer, I wouldn't have married him. Don't be in a hurry, you have the rest of your life.

Yep, it sounds like he believes in marriage. Maybe it is time to start thinking about a commitment. You may have to push the envelope here, instead of always being in the dark about the relationship. After 8 months you guys should know by now if you are ready to get married. Go for it and enjoy!

Yeah it sounds like he is intrested in marriage but you guys were just arguing about spending more time with one another. Marriage puts more expectations on each other so, you might want to work these issues out first of course.

most guys are terrified of committment, so either he was saying what he knew you wanted to hear, or else it has actually crossed his mind.
