I am 25 currently living with parents and attending college full time and working full time. Currently I am paying tuition and books straight out of my pocket somehow miraculously. Plus I have a car payment.

The problem is that I'm tired of living with my parents and want my own place, but afraid I cannot afford it. I am also starting to have problems getting along with my dad. Is there any way I can afford college and an apartment?

Since you have a job, that will pay for your apartment, food and utilities. To be able to finish college, you can apply for college loan.

the thing is u already have problems on ur own at present.. and working full time is not enough.. with college.. books.. car payments... and now u wan2 live on ur own??? can u manage that??? maybe yes.. if u can work 2 or 3 jobs full time thereby u might drop out of college... y not just enjoy wat u have right now.. staying with ur parents isn't a burden... at least u have a roof to shelter u and a bed to sleep on... with not rental payments to think about... and having problems with ur dad??? i think u and ur dad have to work to make amends.. he's ur dad and no matter what u say or so.. he's still ur dad... so b4 u decide on moving out.. consider ur options... CAN YOU AT LEAST AFFORD IT RIGHT NOW????

maybe you can live with a roommate and share bills. or, just stay away from you Dad. live at the library until you come home to crash. then up again the next mornign to the library. you'll get really smart while at the same time avoid clashing with your Dad!
