You need to take him to a vet. My chi used to do this and we found he had allergies to some foods. His allergies weren't obvious except for the fact that his ears would get red and itchy and he would whimper. We found a food that worked best for our animal and we keep it the SAME. Changing foods can tear a puppy's tummy up and make him/her sick.
He could have tummy problems that can only been found by taking him to a vet. Poor guy...he needs to be seen. He cries every time he eats? Something is not right.
P.S. My vet told me to never give my chihuahua human food. It's too complex and hard on their tummies. Veggies or fruits are fine but no processed foods at all.

most dogs have to relieve themselves after a meal so try taking a potty brake just before the winey behavior would start and see if it works. Also it may be helpful and better for your dog to stick with dog food changing diets can be hard on a dogs stomach and confuseing as well.

Has he had regular bowel movements? Is he vomiting?
He might have a blockage somewhere in the intestinal track.
maybe he hurt himself and when he jumps or is active , he's in pain, like a pulled muscle or something...
all in all , take him to the vets for testing ..

I would suggest getting him to the Vet. No one here can physically diagnose you dog, but there does seem to be something wrong with him.

sounds like something he is eating is hurting his stomach.. you may want to watch what foods you are feeding him.. keep a record.. make sure he is having good bowel movements.. and if you can not narrow it down this way.. then you may want to go to the vet...

seeing as he is so young, i'd think he has eaten something that was not good for him. keep a close eye on him tonight & if he is still doing this in the morning, take him to the vet.

it is because all the running and playing right after he has eaten is making his tummy hurt. take him to the vet to make sure there is nothing major wrong though.

Aww.. poor baby. Its still a little pup so it might just still be having digestion problems. Talk to your vet about it.
