I was going to send a thank you card to an employer for giving me an interview . But before I could I was hired and was woundering if I still should give them a card .

you would show your appreciation through hard work and dedication.Nothing says "Thank You" more than that.

NO, no, no. Thank him personally when the time is appropriate. A thank you card is entirely too formal for the occasion and may lead him to think something weird. Do a good job and the rewards will come to you.

Show up on time, do a great job and at your next review, thank the boss personally.

u could write, "thank u for the interview" then strike off the word interview and write opportunity/ job or stuff like that. a lil humor and it wont seem like ur polishing on e very first day :)

I would not give a card but I would have thanked him for giving you this opportunity.

I wouldn't. He is not giving you the job as a gift. He expects you to work. A simple thank you should suffice.

it is not nesscary but it is a polite thing to do! that is a good thing to get in the routine of; sending thank yous .good luck with your job!

you CAN give them a card, but there's no reason for you to feel compelled to do so.
