What to get for my step-sister?

My step-sister sweet sixteen is this weekend and I have no idea what to get her. I want it to be something really good, but not to expensive. She is kinda of a girly girl, but she is really into basketball (because she plays for her school). She likes a lot of rap music and r&b. So any ideas will help. Oh the gift should probably be no more than 60 dollars.

If she likes rap music you can get her the new cd's from 50cents & kanye west

You can get her a nice fragrance set from Victoria's Secret or Bath and Body works!! Thats always a nice gift!! Any girly girl/b ball player would love it!!:) I hope I helped it!!
