I'm 5'3 and only about 90 lbs. I want to gain weight and get up to about 110. But no matter what I try I can't gain the weight. For months now I've been eating as much as I can as often as I can. Even eating normally, I eat more than anyone I know so alot for me is ALOT. But no weight gain! Any tips?
And please, don't tell me things like "just eat junk" or "your so skinny" or "your lucky why would you want to GAIN weight!?". It's very important to me that I gain weight and it also means alot to me that I do it in a healthy manner.

It's actually harder for underweight people to gain weight than it is for overweight people to lose it. Your metabolism is high speed, and you can't really slow it down. The best advice I can think of is try not snacking between meals, nad then increasing your portion size during your 3 meals. Small portions 5-6 times a day actually increases your metabolism. In your diet, try to include alot of protein. Protein, in combination with some weight training (not cardio) may help to bulken you up.

Your metabolism is probably fast like mine. I eat a lot and never gain weight. Any sort of daily work out will put on some pounds and you'll look better.
