Tell me as much as possible.
It is for my P.E. class.
I'm was asked to create a circuit program and it lacks warm-ups.

arm circles, torso twisting, leg swinging, knee and ankle rotating, neck circling, rope skipping, basically anything that can be easily done and raises the body temperature and heart rate slightly is a warm up. Even rubbing your joints and muscles is a warm up.

Try kicking high in the air, while touching your toes...it stretches your legs real good and easy cart wheels... that just wakes you up.

why complicate something so simple? walking is still the best warm up known to man.
