What kind of pizza?
Buy the premade crusts and add sauce and whatever you like. You can also buy flat bread and prebake for 5 minutes on 500, add toppings and bake again for 10 minutes on 500.
Veggie Pizza:
1 roll cresant rolls
chopped brocoli
chopped cauliflower
green olives, sliced
1 green pepper, diced
1 tub spreadable garlic cheese...i use aloutte
On a cookie pan roll the cresants out flat and seal together to make a large rectangle. Bake as directed, cool completely on a wire rack. Spread cheese, add veggies (and by the way you can use any combination YOU want.) Cover with saran or foil and put in fridge for at least 4 hours. Cut into 3 or 4 inch squares. I like this alot.
You can also bake the square and add:
1 can refried beans (you wont use the whole can)
1 small tub sour cream (maybe more) mixed with a taco seasoning pack
shredded cheddar cheese
sliced black olives
diced green onion
Cut into 2 inch squares and cover with foil and put in frigde to set for at least 4 hours.
This is always a hit!

Get a box of pizza dough mix, or a pre-made pizza dough in freezer of grocery store- if you want a really big one, buy lots of boxes of pre-mix, or get the recipe from a cook book. Add pizza sauce, or tomatoe paste or tomatoe sauce, and add small bits of meat, then your vegetables- anything you like. I would put it on a cold (un-pre-heated) pizza pan, (you can also make a cookie pan-shaped pizza) so that the crust will not get brown before your delicious toppings get cooked- cook in pre-heated 5-10 minutes oven on 425+ degrees, in middle rack of oven 10 minutes and then see if the cheese is bubbling (Don't forget the cheese! - I think mozzarella is best because it is stringy like stuff on regular pizzas) and pull it out to see if the crust is browning in the middle by lifting it up with a big, flat spatula. Don't forget pizza spices (come in jar)
Cook three minutes more, and check, then check every 1-2 minutes.

First you need to decide if you want to make your own dough or by a premade crust. If you want to make your own you can either get a premade mix and follow the dirrections or you can make it all on your own. I have done both and to be honest the premade mixes work just fine and taste great plus they take less time to do and are easier. Anyway, after that is all said and done you just need to figure out what toppings you want. I worked at a place making pizza for a few years so I have tried all sorts of topping ideas. You can be creative and experiment if you want. I had alot of people liking this one, they all said it sounds bad but when they tried it they liked it. Make your dough and get it tossed/stretched/rolled etc, and then drizzle some olive oil onto it, put on your cheese, we used a mix of (romano, asiago, parmesan, mazzarella and provolone) only use about 1.5 to 2 cups of cheese, then add artichoke hearts, pineapple, and bleu cheese. We had a pizza oven so you will be best off following the dirrections on the dough mix package, but bake the pie and when you take it out of the oven give it a light sprinkling of fresh basil. It tastes great. If you want to you can feel free to email me, or im me and I can give you a ton of other ideas. good luck.

Here is a perfect, quick and easy pizza crust recipe.
Top with sauce of your choice and ur favorite toppings
INGREDIENTS
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
1 cup warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
2 1/2 cups bread flour (or regular all purpose flour)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C). In a medium bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water. Let stand until creamy, about 10 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt and oil. Beat until smooth. Let rest for 5 minutes.
Turn dough out onto a lightly floured surface and pat or roll into a round. Transfer crust to a lightly greased pizza pan or baker's peel dusted with cornmeal. Spread with desired toppings and bake in preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown. Let baked pizza cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Note: put your sauce on the crust (you can use ready made pizza sauce, or spaghetti sauce etc) --not quite to the edge then top with meat, veggies, whatever, bake for 10 minutes then top with the shredded cheese, continue baking until cheese melts.
Enjoy !

Well- it is hard to make a really good pizza at home, so takeout sometimes is the best answer- unless you have a woodburning oven or ovens that reach 800degrees and have a conveyer belt- but here is a good option:
Grilled Pizza
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, more as needed
- 2 cups flour, preferably bread flour, plus more as needed
- 1/3 cup corn meal
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon crumbled dried herbs or garlic powder, optional
Directions
Dissolve sugar in warm water and sprinkle yeast on top. (If using instant yeast, add it to the dry ingredients.) Let stand until yeast is foamy, about 10 minutes.
In food processor (use steel blade) combine flour, corn meal, and salt, plus dried herbs or garlic powder, if using. Pulse to blend.
Add olive oil to the yeast liquid, stir well to get any yeast that may have settled to the bottom, and with the machine running, add to the dry ingredients. Pulse until well mixed, and dough forms a sticky ball. If dough is too wet to form a ball, add more flour a tablespoon or two at a time; if it's so dry that it's not sticky, add more water a tablespoon at a time. Pulse briefly after each addition.
Scrape dough out onto lightly floured surface and knead into a ball. Cover with a damp cloth or plastic wrap and let rise until doubled. This will take about an hour in a warm place (see TIP) or longer at room temperature.
Or if you have fresh pizza dough available in a local store- like Trader Joe's - use that.
When ready to cook, have prepared toppings at hand. Heat grill or start charcoal. Briefly knead the dough, cut into desired number of pieces, and shape into balls. This amount of dough will make four 9-10 inch, six 7-8 inch, or eight 6 inch crusts. On a floured surface, roll the balls to about 1/8 inch thick, as even in thickness as possible. Spread out flat or stack between sheets of parchment paper or flour-dusted waxed paper.
When grill is ready, lightly brush one side of crust with olive oil and grill, oiled side down until firm and a bit browned, several minutes. Turn, quickly add toppings, cover grill, and cook until crust is crisp; this may take from 2-6 minutes depending on grill temperature and crust thickness. Watch closely to prevent burning.
Serve immediately.
TIP: to make a warm place to speed dough rising, microwave a large glass of water for 2 minutes. Leave the glass in the microwave and put in the covered bowl of dough. To make dough a day ahead, cover and refrigerate. Bring to room temperature before forming crusts.

IMO, the BEST pizza has the following toppings:
ham
green pepper
pineapple
peperoni
It is also good with mushrooms and/or black olives.
You can buy pizza crusts at places like wal-mart where you put on the sauce you want and choose the toppings, it's just a crust.
