Depends on what kind of pie...

A good topping for almost any pie (for me) is either ice cream or whipped cream. My drink choice would be milk or hot chocolate.

topping---depends on the pie, of course, but 31 Falvors (Baskin Robbins') Pralenes and cream is always a winner---or Maple nut, or french vanilla...curse you, Dominus! curse you. Now I must go get an ice cream cone...

I prefer an Irish coffee with Bailey's Irish whisky topped with REAL whipped cream to go with my pie...especially pecan or Key Lime pie.
