Eating healthy fats will make your skin glow and are less likley to turn to hard fat on your body. Bad fats will make your complexion dull you will feel lathargic. Congatulations on your quest for healthy eating. Cheers

You wouldn't look any different, but the healthy fats assciated with nuts and olive oil are just that..healthy. Both of those sources of fat are heart healthy..you can actually fight off heart disease with a lowfat diet, but including fats from healthy sources.
Junk food is filled with trans-fats, and contribute to heart disease. Sugar is bad because it is instantly absorbed into your bloodstream, giving you a rush of energy, and making you crash afterwards.

fats from nuts and olives are ok. You must avoid the saturated fats though. That kind of fat clogs your arteries and gives you high blood pressure.
Fat is supposed to help your skin in some way.
