See a doctor. It could be mental. It could be physical. You need to be tested to find out what is wrong.
This happened to me, and it turned out I had hyperthyroidism. This is one of the symptoms of hyperthyroidism.

Could be depression or a mood disorder both of which are treatable with medication. Never heard of a fatal disease whose symptoms is anger.
Also look for hidden causes that maybe making u mad financial problems, someone else's, behavior a loss of some kind. I have no idea of ur age so don't get offended by my saying menopause if ur in 40's+or hormones if a teenager or pregnant. Perhaps u have changed diet or medication ( new or different)
Try and isolate anything like that and make change and or see dr. If it would make u feel better get a physical to put ur mind at ease feel free to contact

Some of the people are really easy to get mad... The reason is maybe they have pressure on something. But anyway, you need to be relax, cool down when you are starting to mad that time. Go listen some music or watch some funny video, it may help...

See your Dr. who is "they"? It may be something as easy as a lifestyle change like exercise or diet. It might even require meds and a trip or two to a therapist that will listen to you. Don't be afraid to go get help there is nothing wrong with being mad but if it gets in your way of functioning daily you should tell your family or friends for support and see a Dr. Good luck....

Could be a phase. I went through a phase when I was younger where I was always miserable. I just found constructive ways to vent my anger. Art, bad poetry, going to a junkyard and smashing things...
It COULD be a mental illness, but why join the legions of people who depend on medication to deal with their problems? It's an expensive cop out for the majority of them, if you ask me.

simply go to a psychiatrist
it might not be as serious as you may think it is and that might be making you mad
subconsciously you might be fighting a problem that you haven't resolved in your life or several and you just don't see it well or dont want to face it.
go get help if you think it is serious.
i've never heard of such a disease that is permenant.
i've heard of stress causing and anxiety
