it depends on what kind of skin inflamation you have. need more information, please. and i will edit my answer to try my best to help you. try cortaid spray, or cream or also hydrocortizone cream1%. or any of the medicaid sprays like cortaid or lanacain. i hope this helps. good luck and best wishes.

the best medicine I've tried, BACTOVAN ointment.. and you can keep a small tube at home for easy reach and quick remedy for skin inflammation.

well really, it depends on what is causing the inflammation and you don't give enough information to know what that is. If you don't know what is causing it, suggest you see a dermatologist.
