Hello, Searching:
Yes I have felt God's presence. It is as if I were falling in love and it can be overwhelming.
Unknown to each other, several of us had the same experience when first baptized. We compared experiences later. It was wonderful.
That experience carried me through some real trials that Satan put me through, but God's abiding presence was there, like it was when the disciples walked with Jesus on the road to Emmaus.
I am reading my twelfth translation of the Bible now, been in the mission field for over a decade, and my faith has grown stronger because of God's working and His revealing Bible truths to me.
One site I enjoy is the Bible code at http://abiblecode.tripod.com It builds faith!
Shalom, peace in Jesus, Ben Yeshua

This is a loaded question. I was raised in a church where feeling God's presence wasn't expected. Then, I started going with a friend to a church where it wasn't just expected, it was welcomed. I spent a lot of time longing for some "feeling" and I often felt overwhelmed by the worship...I have come to the conclusion from talking to people and from Scripture, that where "two or more gather in my name" (God's) there God is. I think I felt what I wanted to feel but that doesn't matter because God was there anyway. No prerequisite to "feel" anything.

Every Sunday I feel the Lord's Spirit. It feels incredible!! It is humbling to know that the Lord blesses me enough to allow me to feel His nearness. There is no suspecting that it might only be God. It is His Spirit!!! I do not imagine it. I truly do have a testimony of feeling the Spirit. That testimony will never leave me. I knew that I had joined the Lord's only true and living Church when I was a child. I am so grateful that I never lost that testimony even though I spent many years when I was not active. When the right time came my Heavenly Father humbled me to my knees and basically showed me who was boss. He is in charge! Always will be, and for that everyone alive should be grateful. If you really want to feel the Lord's Spirit then pray to be receptive, go to a Fast and Testimony meeting at a LDS Church and listen to members bear their testimonies. You need to tune in to spiritual matters beforehand by asking in prayer. It works! Try it. It costs nothing. (There are no collection plates in an LDS meeting. Promise.)

Often, during worship, and praise , all the way down to times when I am in deep prayer and intersession.
It wasn't something that I can come up with, but it is where all the cares, worries, burdens completely leave. And a peace that goes beyond what is normally considered peace is there in it's place. Generally it is in the valley moments that I have this the most, the times when I am not seeking it. But just trying to figure out the situation I am in. That this happens in.
This could be from stressful times in my marriage, to money issues, to health concerns in which this has happened. It is the daily general burdens I am talking about that each one of us has.

I can feel His presence anywhere, He lives in us and when we are truly connected, it is awesome. Of course in the service, when everybody worships Him, the Spirit is high and it is a feeling unlike any , I ever had before I came to Him.

I don't have to gather with others to feel the presence of the Goddess. She is in everything that surrounds us because man has learned how to change the basics into other materials, but we need to remember she who created it all. We are blessed by her and we share our blessing with all.
Blessed be

Yes. In church service. It was warm and peaceful. I wasn't imagining it because I wasn't the only one feeling it.

Yes...it is indescribable, the only words you might understand is total peace and that's not good enough. You can also feel his power when the spirit is moving within a church but I can't describe it.

Yes, I have. It is hard to find adequate words for it but, I felt an overwhelming peace that was wonderful, I felt His love and it was like being in another realm, a spiritual realm. It is beautiful.
