the other day, I hurt my back, this one girl jumped on my back, and it popped, and it has been sore since, this is like friday, it isn't too sore, but I a stiff because I am trying to not move much to hurt it, it only hurts when i bend over to far, or move a certain way. Do you think the damage is bad? could it lead to permanent nerve damage?
it doesn't hurt as much today, it is still some what sore, only if I walk to much also, or again, move a certain way, but I was just wonderin about all this.

The girl who jumped on your back and made it pop may have popped it out of place. Go to a CHIROPRACTOR,a doctor trained in this type of problem and go to one who does xrays to be sure. Either way he/she could tell if this is the problem and put the bones back in place. Also, when you pick things up from the floor, bend your knees (do NOT bend at the waist), and lift with your legs. It saves stress on your back. I had to learn the hard way and now have degenerative arthritis in my lower back. Good luck.

When you heard the pop she probably threw it out of alignment. I would recommend you see a chiropractor for an adjustment. You can take some anti-inflammatory medication like Advil, or Aleve. Gen. names: ibuprofen or naproxin, to help keep the swelling down and treat the pain.

You really should get it checked out to be sure there is nothing wrong. Take ibuprofen 400-800 mg every 8 hours or use naproxen for the pain and try ice or heat.

take a pain relief medicine and put on some bengay for two days straight.
and after those two days, and it still hurts go to the docotor to get some x-rays or something.
because i always hurt my back and if it doesn't go away even if i did those things, i will go to the doctor.

Instead of taking chances, you should see a doctor, who will be able to give you the best possible advice.
