You should go the allergist for shots to desensitize you to the offending allergens. Naturalpathic practitioners can also do this through NAET therapy. My allergies diminished when I got older. I am no longer allergic to pollen in general, but a few flowers make me itch all over. I found by using the swifter cloths to pick up dust and hair, that my sinuses feel much better. It is also good to purchase a HEPA filter for the air conditioner and also an air purifier.

you don't say your current age, some allergies are outgrown, some are grown into. But most environmental allergies are there permanently.
You can try desensitizing shots, but they are a royal pain cuz you get them at least every week for years. And they only work on fifty percent of the people that get them. The other alternative is allergy meds, prescriptives tend to be more effective than otc. It would probably help you to have an air cleaner in your bedroom to filter out all the allergens. I use the one made by sharper image.

Our son was tested and was allergic to the same things including many trees, grasses, and weeds that you can't avoid. He took the allergy shots for 3 years and found that he was much better while on them and afterwards. He felt better then than he did while trying decongestants and antihistamines as they made him feel badly. Now, he is taking allergy drops, which aren't covered by our insurance, but which seem to be working and are nice because he doesn't have to go to the doctor's office to get a shot. He keeps the drops in his refrigerator and takes them at home.
When he was retested last time, he was much better and wasn't allergic to as many things. Those things that he had tested very highly allergic to, had decreased so I would think that means he is getting "rid of allergies."
Contact an allergy doctor in your area. Check with your insurance company to see what they will cover.

The only way to get rid of your allergies is to go to an allergist, get tested, and get allergy desensitation shots. After several years of shots, your allergies should be gone.

What people are allergic too are the amount of reactions that hey have to something can change with time. A research allergist once told my mother than people are most likely to change their allergypatterns about every 7 years.
I was(am) allergic to bovine fats. I keep myself alsolutely free from injesting any for a full year at the allergest recommendation.
I can now eat bovine fats in moderation with out a reaction. Unfortunately it is extremely difficult to avoid environmental allergies for a long periold to enable your body to reset your allergic responses.

You need to start taking allergy shots if you aren't already getting them. Also get rid of all of the toxic cleaning and laundry products in your home as most are registered pesticides. Take the old products to your toxic waste recycling place as it is illegal to put these in your regular trash. Clean your entire house or apartment with the new products including shampooing the carpets and furniture and wash all clothes and bedding in the non toxic stuff. Be sure you have a good air purifier in your living area and bedroom. Be sure you use a good multivitamin supplement and and good antioxidant supplement and use a good grape seed extract too.

Unfortunantly the answer is no. You can only manage allergies. If you are allergic to multiple things year around, you may want to consult with your Dr. about allergy shots. Allergy shots are usually for people who are always down because of allergies. It reduces the likeliness of having to take medicine everyday, all day. That is the best advice I can offer. I hope it helps.

Puberty, pregnancy, and menopause can cause you to lose your allergies (or develop them).
Allergy shots can be effective for helping with pollens, molds, and dust. (They do not work for everyone, are time consuming, and costly.)
Avoidance and environmental control is effective.
Alternative medicine such as classical homeopathy and/or acupuncture can help to relieve symptoms.
Do not believe the myths about local honey. There is no scientific proof to this.
