So i was gonna ask this girl to hang out but what would i follow-up with if she said "yes"? (also, she has a boyfriend so is this kind of cheating?)

If she has a bf then you shouldnt ask her out...you wouldnt like it if some bloke asked your gf out so its only fair you stay clear.

Sorry for asking but did it ever crossed your mind that she may love him and she doesn't want to break-up with him? Well, ask her if you are sure you are ready for what will happen next (i don't think her boyfriend will be happy about his girlfriend dating other guy). To answer your question; after you asked her out and she said yes the next thing to do is deciding where and when.
What do you feel about this girl? is she cute, sexy or just perfect? I would ask other girl and live her with her boyfriend. But it's your life..

If your gonna steal a girl from a boy.... you need to be better and more romantic then her current flame. Wait till there is some trouble in there relationship then make your move. The guy obviously isn't doin her right if you feel there is an attraction to you. Now get off the internet and get some.

If you have any romantic interest in her, it's not really cool to ask her to hang out with you.
The only way to approach these things is to tell her flat out that you like her. Don't ask her to respond with an answer, just leave it with her. Tell her that it's not your intention to make her feel awkward, and it wouldn't be right for you to never have said anything.

um, want to hang out? as long as your not going to make out with her or have sex, your in the clear. some guys might want to know, but make it clear that is just hanging out and nothing more.
