At what point did it become okay to give diet advice to a 14 year old who weighs 118 lbs ? Are you WELL UNDER 5 feet tall ? If not; then you shouldnt be considering weight loss....especially since you havent finished growing yet. I grew 4 inches during highschool.....and I didnt gain any weight.....I just stretched out ( got tall ). Weight shouldnt be a concern for you !

simple diet and exercise..BUT why do you want to weigh less than 100 pounds how tall are you? If you are 5'3-5'5" you are at an ideal weight. If you are shorter it may still be safe to lose but be easy on your body. Anyway, In 3 months there are 16 weeks. By making very light diet modifications and increasing activity you could make a goal of losing 2 pounds a wk which is what Weight Watchers prescribes..No less than 2 no more than 4. In 16 weeks you will have the potential to lose 32 pounds and since this is more than you need to lose you will have room for a couple of cheat days and no exercise days. You could exercise like 3 times a week no more than 30 minutes each time and come out great and not put your developing body and emotions and mind through unhealthy strain! Yay!

So you want to get down to 98 pounds? That seems a little underweight unless your really short. More exercise and less calories will let you drop in weight, but you shouldn't go less than 1200 calories a day for health reasons. You can go here http://www.cdc.gov/nccdphp/dnpa/bmi/ to get an estimate of what your bmi should be.

seven pounds a month is do-able, cut your calorie intake to 1200 calories a day, and exercise for an hour a day, even just walking for an hour is good.
Cut out all refined sugars, and stay away from fast food. In three months you can easily drop 20 pounds.

you don't need to lost weight.
if you lose 20 you'll be under a hundred and that not ok once you hit your teens. you shouldn't weigh that little unless your under ten.

How tall are you? You might not need to lose that much. Try weight watchers.
