The link below gives a good description. Bullet casting is relatively easy, the hardest part will be finding lead wheel weights.

doc hudson covered it all!!! Bullet casting is a great way to shoot cheaper...your local tire shop is a great place to get inexpensive lead alloy to shoot. Just ask them if you can have the discarded wheel balance weights. It is not pure lead but it will work very well for plinking...Enjoy and be safe..that stuff is HOT!!!!
