are there any that actually help you lose weight without having to diet or excercise on a regular basis? Im at college so I dont have much time to work out.

Cut the carbs, cut the fats, cut the potatos, cut the bread. Cut the pizza. Cut the booze and beer.

Once you get past that, you're okay.

And no. There are no diet pills that work without damaging your body.

Yes there are diet pills but you have to have a script for them. I am taking Phendimetrazine and have lost 32 pounds. I have incorporated a diet with this and I eat 6 small meals a day. Also, I ordered "Flucothin" @ the vitamin shop. It is on back order. I have heard raving reviews about this. It is seaweed. Can't wait to try it!

No diet pills do not work without changing the way you eat and working out.
