Meanwhile the Montessori and Catholic Private Schools are churning out College Ready kids by the dozen!

So are home schools, most of which are religiously based.

USC and DUKE are both Methodist Universities, with Trustees who come from the MEthodist Community

The BEST colleges in the US are the RELIGIOUS colleges

and the ATHEISTS can't screw with them because they are PRIVATE

The BEST colleges in america are Loyola and Notre Dame (Catholic), USC, DUKE (Methodist)

HArvard, Yale (religiously founded and most run by religious people)

The top 10 colleges in America are RELIGIOUSLY FOUNDED and MOSTLY RELIGIOUSLY TRUSTED OR RUN

And they teach an ULTRA LIBERAL curriculum at times!

Learning about real stuff is for schools.
I don't think Santa or the Easter Bunny, Faeries or Leprechauns, Superman or Spiderman should be prayed to cos they’re just imaginary characters just like your ineffective little invisible ‘god’.

That's ridiculous. It's as unconstitutional as the state-condoned prayer you mentioned. Forcing it either way, for prayer or against it, has no place the United States of America as originally founded. Change that and we may as well call ourselves a new country under a new name.

I'm not an atheist, but, I do not want to see church and state combined. America isn't supposed to be a nation based on any belief structure. In fact, on the dollar bill is a phrase that loosely translates as "a new secular order." So no religion is what the state should support. Thereby using only human reasoning to represent us in our governing.

Because the US constitution says "Freedom of Religion" NOT "Freedom to be forced into being Christian" People can go to church on Sun & Wed, Sat, and any other time they want. Pray in schools just take away time from their education. Plus why do kids need to stop an pray? Can you not pray to god anytime?

Prolly cuz Christianity is only one religion and it doesn't met the multi-cultural societies we now live in. Christianity and Christian prays for Christian Schools I believe. You seem to be the type of person that doesn't like to be apposed upon, so why should other kids/families have Christianity opposed on them? Also note that your own culture beats on their own kids not just 'whitey' :-).

But you see, MY kids don't need YOUR g-d.

And I don't pay taxes to teach other kids about YOUR gd.

I pay tuition to send my kids to Jewish schools to learn about THEIR Gd.
You are free to do the same with yours.

But as an absolute non atheist, Nobody's g-d belongs in public schools.

How about we do put G-d in public schools- MY G-d. And we teach the truth, about ONE INDIVISIBLE G-D. And YOUR kids figure out that YOUR g-d is false, your 'bible' a pack of fables and lies.
