The first thing is someone that is friendly to me.
A smile and a hello go a long way to being attractive.
If you want to just look at the surface of a person, clear skin clean hair and teeth are always nice. Body wise, just someone healthy always works best. Don't smoke, You can have a tight butt and a nice chest, but as soon as you light up, it doesn't matter.
