What colored eye contacts will suit my dark brown eyes ?

What color? I have dark brown eyes. If I get green or turquoise contacts will it look grey on me?? If so, what color do you suggest? My hair color is naturally dark brown. I have medium skin tone.. I've been wearing glasses since I was a youngin, and I sorta want a change....

Try a natural-looking green. Most blue contact lenses on brown-eyed people look too dark and unnatural.

Most contacts will not change dark colored eyes. Even though they are supposed to 9 times out of 10 it doesn't work. You might be able to try honey but thats about the only color that I have seen work on dark colored eyes.

you are limited in color due to your dark eyes. My daughter has dark brown eyes and she has worn blue and Grey both looked great, blue looked better. you can actually get samples of colors to try(they aren't prescription ) but will let you see what they will look like. Ask your eye Dr. (they should have the "colours" samples)
Don't buy too many, everyone thought my daughters eyes were cool, then she got so many people, especially the guys saying how much they missed her beautiful brown eyes. Now we have quite a few pairs of colored ones she doesn't wear anymore

Make sure you get the contact lenses that have opaque color rather than translucent. That's because you won't really be able to see the color of the contact lenses due to your dark eye color.

Green would be the best, make sure you get good quality contacts because the higher the quality the truer and brighter they are in color. Good Luck.

try hazel or if you get the green get it with the combination of green and brown mixed. i dont remember the brand but its in a purple box.
