First of all I don't believe that there is any kind of normal. Second I think that you are a little too angry to be posting questions right now.

Originally, we all are, but there was a break somewhere whether physically or spiritually is debatable. There are many clues in the Word of God; but one of the most distinctive one is when Jesus, told the religious Jews that they are Satan's children as all of God's children can hear His voice while Satan's children can't and seek to killed Him.
So I believes there are those who are God's children (God's Sheep-the good tree) and there are those who are Satan's Children (Satan's seeds - the evil tree)
The good tree brings forth good fruits and the evil tree brings forth bad fruits; So by their fruits you can tell - not by what they says they are; Christian, Atheist or any other religions of no religion. It is by their fruits you will know them. Whether they are mine or not ?
God gives just a clue here but ultimately, only God knows we can only discerned.

God says in the Quran ["Say O Muhammed, He is Allah, the one; the absolute, the perfect, he did not beget nor was he begotten, and none is co-equal or comparable unto him."] (The Quran, chapter 112 verses 1-4) To ascribe children to God is a blasphemy. It does not suit the majesty of God to import the quality of his creatures. What i mention here is in biological terms not in metaphorical terms if children of God means His creation i.e. we human beings and love for His creatures.

All are God's creation. Children of God have been washed clean by the blood of Jesus and have been born again. Key word, "BORN". One must be born into the family of God. Salvation is by Jesus' "GRACE", of which he freely gives. Those that are mentally incapable (children, mentally disabled), I believe, receive Grace from Jesus and receive salvation because it is Jesus' to give to whom he decides. All capable of making a choice either make the choice for or against. If you are not for God, you are against.

Do you have a mental disability?
You're acting the same way as the "normal" people who judge you right now.

So what you're saying is that because I'm happy, intact mentally, well-educated, and use my energies to contribute to the world around me and raise religiously knowledgeable children, G-d DOESN'T like me, but as long as YOU maintain your glaringly obvious psychopathic anger and resentment, you're all right???
Somebody forgot their bedtime meds.

the norm is the acceptable view of the majority but that does not make it correct . it was normal to push virgins down volcanoes at one time but that didn't give it validity by today's more knowledgeable standards .

According to the Scriptures, only believers are considered "children of God".
Joh 1:12 But as many as received Him, to them He gave authority to become children of God, to the ones believing into His name,
Joh 1:13 who were born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but were born of God.
Rom 8:16 The Spirit Himself witnesses with our spirit that we are children of God.
Rom 8:17 And if children, also heirs; truly heirs of God, and joint-heirs of Christ, if indeed we suffer together, that we may also be glorified together.
1Jn 3:1 See what manner of love the Father has given us, that we may be called children of God. For this reason the world does not know us, because it did not know Him.
1Jn 3:10 By this the children of God and the children of the devil are revealed: Everyone not practicing righteousness is not of God; also the one not loving his brother.

I have no idea what you're talking about.
All I know is that we're all God's children--we all have a little bit of the Divine inside of our soul.
