What are you eating?
Many foods can cause gas besides beans. Broccoli and most green leafy veggies are big gas causers.
Don't stop farting. Holding them in, in men, can cause severe chest pains that feel like you are having a heart attack.
Adjust your diet and get some Beano.

Don't give up your day job! You're not quite ready to hit the comic clubs yet. There are so many things on the market today designed to stop passing gas and flatulence. Go buy one...and maybe some nice smelling room freshener!

Do not spend a long time without food. The stomach releases gas if it has no food on it.
Beano and Gas X are great. Beano is to prevent . And Gas X is to resolve.
Good Luck!

try cutting one food out of your diet at a time, to isolate the cause.. don't eat it for three days or so, and then once you figure it out, then you can not eat it...
