Why some Christians are in denial about their own religion and come on here saying"well you should not judge" when some Christians say it like it is, Christianity says if you do not believe in Jesus as your savior, you are going to hell. There is no other way around it, so why do some Christians get all offended when some other Christians do say that? THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOUR RELIGION TEACHES, IT DOES TEACH THAT ATHEISTS,AGNOSTICS, JEWS, MUSLIMS, BUDDHIST ALL ARE GOING TO HELL. SO, if you do not like that, why don't you just get rid of your religion , instead of complaining here about other Christians that actually do talk about the nastiness of that religion? WHY ALL THE FAKE INDIGNATION?
WHY DO YOU TRY TO MAKE YOUR RELIGION LOOK BETTER ?

Christianity is "believe in me or burn", yes you are right.
They try to make it look better, but people are smart enough to see that is all non sense.

If you read the New Testament and Jesus's words you couldn't believe that the two are even close. Jesus taught us to love God first, then others, to forgive and do good. He taught that our Heavenly Father wants us with Him in Heaven. Their allah is an unapproachable deity (even though he doesn't even exist) that they try to appease any way possible in the hopes that they will spend eternity having sex and being gluttonous. That would be the men of course. I don't know what the women think but the way they are treated here on earth they would surly want heaven. A lot of non-Christians are open and curious about Christianity and some just hate us because we stand up for what we believe.

You sound rather angry and very judgemental. If you even try to look around you will have to realize that Christianity is not a monolithic religion. There are many different protestant denominations and many differences even in Catholicism. There are many different interpretations of the bible and many different feelings about the nature of salvation and faith. All of these people call themselves Christians and most of them believe they have the orthodoxy that is most correct. Not all Christians believe that all non-Christians are going to hell. Not all Baptist agree, not all Methodist agree but they're all Christians. It's good if you have a faith that sustains you and gives you strength but you will only do harm if you start calling anyone who disagrees with you names or say they have fake indignation. People in other religions (all religions) struggle with this same problem. There are people of faith who have a strong faith and theology that believe that there can be more than one path to salvation and that one does not have to believe in one of the current fundamentalist christian systems which is so vocal in America today. It has nothing to do with looking better it's just a difference. Peace be with you.

Jesus said there is no other way to the father except through me,I do not make excuses for the bible,God or his son Jesus everyone has the ability to choose you can worship God the christian god,or Allah,Or Buddha or any one or anything else you please but God is not going to force you nor does he call on his followers to force you to believe in him you will not be beheaded nor should you be harassed for your beliefs but in the end if you are wrong and Jesus is right remember you made your own decisions and you will have to live with the results for eternity.

Jesus teaches us that unbelievers will spend eternity in hell. Christianity only agrees with Christ's teaching. God tells us not to judge, I cannot personally tell you that hell awaits you, however, I am allowed to quote Scripture. Then it is God saying it, not me. I hope this clears up your confusion over this matter.
God Bless You

Let me understand, you're not a Christian, and you're telling Christians how wrong they are about what they believe?
What does Billy Graham think?
The only thing I could say for sure is that hell means separation from God. We are separated from his light, from his fellowship. That is going to be hell. When it comes to a literal fire, I don't preach it because I'm not sure about it. When the Scripture uses fire concerning hell, that is possibly an illustration of how terrible it's going to be-not fire but something worse, a thirst for God that cannot be quenched. (Time magazine, 1 1-1 5-93)
So who knows Christianity better? You or Billy Graham?
Godspeed.

Okay, let me show you hell, according not only to Christianity, but also Judaism. Since you say that some Christians are trying to avoid it, I will show it to you:
from Vine's Expository Dictionary
Sheol
(Strong's 7585)
The 65 occurances of this word are distributed throughout every period of biblical Hebrew.
First, the word means a state of death: "For in death there is no rememberance of thee: in the grave, who shall give thee thanks?" (Psalm 6:5; cf. 18:5). It is the final resting place of all men: "They spend their days in wealth, and in a moment go down to the grave (Job 21:13). Hanna confessed that it was the omnipotent God who brings men to sheol (death) or kills them (1Samuel 2:6). "Sheol" is parallel to Hebrew words for "pit" or "hell" (Job 26:6). "corruption" or "decay" (Psalm 16:10), and "destruction" (Proverbs 15:11).
Second, "Sheol" is used of a place of conscious existence after death. In the first biblical appearance of the word Jacob said that he would "go down into the grave unto my son mourning" (Genesis 37:35). All men go to "Sheol" --- a place and state of consciousness after death (Psalm 16:10). The wicked recieve punishment there (Numbers 16:30); Deuteronomy 32:22; Psalm 9:17). They are put to shame and silenced in "Sheol" (Psalm 31:17). Jesus alluded to Isaiah's use of sheol (14:13-15) in pronouncing judgement on Capernaum (Matthew 11:23), translating:Sheol" as "Hades" or "Hell," meaning the place of conscious existence and judgement. It is an undesirable place for the wicked (Job 24:19) and a refuge for the righteous (Job 14:13). Thus "Sheol" is also a place of reward for the righteous (Hosea 13:14; cf. 1 Corinthians 15:55). Jesus' teaching in Luke 16:19-31 seems to reflect accurately the Old Testament concept of Sheol, it is a place of conscious existence after death, one side of which is occupied by the suffering. unrighteous dead separated by a great chasm from the other side peopled by the righteous dead enjoying their reward.

It shows you their hypocrisy, and oregon flower above is a perfect example of the christian holier than thou attitude.
She said"I will pray for you",she needs to pray for herself ,she really needs it to stop being condescending, that is so pathetic.
You need to feel sorry for them.

I don't think all Christians need to believe that....you don't have to take everything literally....to be a christian.
That's a ancient idea that the fundamentalists are obsessed with.
