I have huge breakouts on my face so I decided to use clean&clear acne cleanser with 2% salicylic acid. I've been using only aloe vera based products before. Since using clean anc clear 1 week ago, my face is extremely dry. The inner corners of my nose and area around mouth have become dark, dry, scaly, and thick compared to other parts of face. What should I do?

You are just sensitive to it - it is designed to dry up your skin, and it worked overtime for you!
How many times a day are you using it?
1] stop temporarily
2] get an oil free moisturizer - even vaseline - to put on scaly areas , and rub a dab between palms to use on rest of face
3] use a plain face wash at bedtime for seven days [ very little of it ]; and wash in AM with plain water until skin repairs
4] buy an oil free moisturizer for future use
5] after a week or so, halve the times you used the cleanser before [ twice a day, use once; once a day, use every other day
6] add Aapri or St Ives apricot scrub, every other day, after skin heals
7] avoid fried, fast, and junk food - even diet junk food
8] drink 1/2 gallon of water a day
9] take a quality multivitamin with minerals every day

You are not allergice to the product it is just a very drying product. You need to use a good moisturizer to keep your skin in good condition. If your acne is that bad you should see your doc for antibiotics to help get the staph bacteria that causes acne under control.

Visit a dermatologist immediately. Skin of the face is very vulnerable.
