I am not sure if this is Kroger's recipe or not, but I think it is:
4 cups cubed (1/2 inch) rotisserie chicken (about 1 3/4 lb)
1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1 celery rib, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices (1 cup)
2 tablespoons finely chopped shallot
2 cups halved seedless red grapes
3/4 cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoons tarragon vinegar
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh tarragon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Toss together all ingredients in a large bowl until combined well.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
Or maybe you would like this one:
1 rotisserie chicken, remove the meat from the bones; discard skin and bones and chop the meat
FOR THE MARINADE:
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 Tablespoons white wine vinegar
1 lemon, juiced
1 to 1-1/2 Tablespoons super fine sugar
some small fresh tarragon leaves
FOR THE CHICKEN SALAD:
green grapes
3 Tablespoons creme fraiche
PREPARATION:
1. Mix the garlic, vinegar, lemon juice, tarragon and sugar together in a large bowl.
2. Add the chopped chicken and toss to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for at least 2 hours to marinate.
It may be left overnight.
3. Remove the chicken from the marinade.
4. Whisk the crème fraiche into the marinade. Season with salt and pepper.
5. Cut the green grapes in half. Add the grapes and the chicken to the crème fraiche dressing and toss to coat.

RE:
What is the recipe for the rotisserie chicken salad (with the grapes) that they make at Kroger in the deli?
I know they use their own rotisserie chicken. But, what else do they use?? I hope someone has the exact recipe!!

I am not familiar with your deli, but I'll give you the only recipe I have for this dish. You'll need a BIG bowl, and a big appetite... "Grape Chicken Salad" - 20 servings (about 1 cup each) 12 cups cubed cooked chicken breast 2 lbs. green grapes; halved 5 1/4 cups diced celery 1 to 1 1/2 cups chopped pecans; toasted 3 green onions (scallions); sliced 2 cups mayonnaise 1 1/2 cups chicken broth 3/4 cup vinaigrette 1 tbsp. prepared mustard In a very large bowl, combine chicken, grapes, celery, pecans and onions. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, broth, vinaigrette and mustard until smooth. Pour over chicken mixture; mix well. Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.

I don't know that anyone will have their exact recipe, but here's a pretty standard one.
3 1/2 cups cooked chicken
1 large stalk celery
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 squeezed lemon
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
2 finely chopped tbsp fresh parsley
1/3 cup grapes, cut in half
2 cup mixed greens
1. In a large bowl, toss the chicken and celery.
2. Gently fold in about 1/2 cup of the mayonnaise and the lemon juice.
3. Add the salt, pepper, cumin or curry powder if desired, and parsley.
4. Add more mayonnaise if you like a moister salad.
5. Gently fold in the grapes.
6. Place the salad on a bed of mixed greens or use to make sandwiches.
