Because I went out and bought a 6 pack of Miller Lite in hopes it would get him into the chase. I drank 4 of them in the last two weeks and look what happened! Good for him and Penske racing! I have 2 left so if I drink them at the right time he is going to get another win before the season is over.

The chasers get 10 points per win plus 5000. Kurt has 2 wins so he is ahead of all the one win people and the one no win guy.

WOOT! I'm happy about it thats for sure! I think his two wins effected it. Like Jommy Johnson having 1 more Victory than Jeff Gordon put him in first. It's just how the point system works. Sometimes for the better, sometimes for the worse.

He did have two wins, and has been very consistent recently, I doubt he will win the cup, but he does have two wins going into the chase earning the extra bonus pts for wins.
