I don't claim to be an expert, but I've heard that a frontal lobotomy helps to remove these problems.

my advice is to go see the doctor immediately... and some people get those things and they might be just a wart...if the doctor says it is a wart, use a wart freezer on it and then whole thing will just flake off. it wont hurt i promise.
