rubbing alocohol....it will burn like hell, but it will get rid of the acne

The words "fast" & "acne" don't belong in the same sentence. You can keep your face clean & medicate it with- whatever, but it's STILL going to take awhile to get rid of. It almost always DOES however... -so be patient. :)
