My brand new hd TV with newly installed digital cable has no picture.The screen is just red. I have audio.HELP

Is it red, for ALL inputs (composite, component, HDMI)?
If yes, then the TV panel has major issues.

If it is red on a particular input, it can be a source issue, a cable issue, or a TV input issue.
Try different cables and if possible different sources to identify where the problem is.

For example, if you use component, it is very easy to get just red if one of the 3 cables is not good.

have it checked by the appliance center you bought it from. i think the warranty applies
