Well,

It's simple, see when I drink soda except for clear kinds like "7 up" ect... sometimes it gives me chronic hearburn that last two days maxamum but it hurts to the point that I start to grab my chest! and it doesnt happen often, can someone tell me what to do?

The coffee? Well when I drink it when I fisnish a cup I need to run to the facilities and have a poop like I have diharia but it doesnt last long.

Once or twice and it's over and not that I'm complaining, it cleans out the clogs but it isn't normal for someone to get diharia from coffee huh??

I avoid it because of this but I love coffee so is there a way to drink coffee without getting ill?

You could try Ice Coffee or Lattes. The hot water in the coffee could be the problem.

First, the soda.
You are getting heartburn and acid indigestion from the amount of acid in soda, especially dark soda. The initial reaction upsets your stomach causing the heartburn and damages your esophagus. Once that happens the churning in your stomach causes the "chronic" heartburn whenever your tummy gets to working.
Second: Coffee gives you diarrhea due to the high levels of caffeine. Try decaff, but be careful. Places like Starbucks who should and don't regularly clean coffee brewers and use higher quality beans, have a higher level of caffeine than brewing coffee at home. Preground decaff coffee especially the easy on the stomach varieties now available are your best bet when it comes to coffee.

both coffee and soda are acidic which explains the heartburn. both are also stimulants since they have caffeine but coffee i think is more of a stimulant which is what is making you have diarrhea. ask anybody that smokes and drinks coffee and they'll tell you that 9 times out of ten if you drink some coffee and have a smoke, you;ll have to poo 5 minutes later. they do make coffee that's less acidic, try maybe at a health food store. you probably just have a really sensitive esophagus and bowels.

Yea, I also get chronic heartburn from tomatoes. I am on nexium now because it was a bigger problem, but you should take tums or Pepcid AC complete. They seemed to work the best.

For the second question, I am not sure, drink some peptol bismal.

What is it that causes problems? Is it the caffeine vs. decaf? Or something else? If these were happening to me I would switch to energy drinks, just b/c it sounds like you are using these drinks to wake up, for example. If that is the case, try Rockstar Guava (the purplish can) or Lost 5-0 (in the multicolored can). These have more flavor than most energy drinks. Good luck!

coffee is a stimulant and your obviously sensitive to it ,you may also be allergic to it. i would replace coffee with decaff coffee from kenco (thats the nicest) if you still have the runs youll have to give it up and switch to tea
can you tolerate milk, try milkshakes
replace soda and pop with water or milkshakes. you could get something from the chemist to treat the hearburn if it doesnt ease up see the doctor
