You can call a men a "guy" but what about a women? What can you call her? For examle: girls would call a friend that's not their boyfriend, a guyfriend. But what can guys call a girl who isn't their girlfriend?

What would you label yourself as if you did not have a label? How would your refer yourself on a job application or other important papers if not for the title of Male or Female. You could always refer to the title Female first then Male second if it bothers you. There are women in the US that have higher ranking positions than men. By the way it seems to me that we are all united if we want to be and labels are a means to identify. Every one has their own opinion! i have heard guys and girls call a mixed group "you guys."
Historically, gals or dolls went with guys.
How about just calling her a friend?

I guess there a lot of ways of doing this. Women that are my friends, I call a woman-friend (friend means friend). I call my woman, my woman, she more than a friend. :-p
She calls me her man, well quoting her it "my man".

i call my friends that are women "you guys" it's just a universal term for several people, they take no offense to it.
besides that theres, dolls,gals,girlies,and several other terms which I dont refer to.
