Humble yourself before God, pray, and ask that He gives you favor with your boss.
The only reason I know that God will listen to us at all is if we accept His testimony concerning His Son, Jesus Christ - that He sent Him to die for our sins so we could approach God with a clear conscience. Have faith in God. No faith? Read His word - I suggest you start with John's Gospel.

If you are a Christian, I would humble myself before God and ask for his mercy at this meeting. First of all in the meeting, be truthful, do not try to make yourself look good by making other people look bad. If you boss is any kind of boss, he will see through that. Just be honest and truthful and explain to your boss how much this job means to you. After asking for God's guidance, you are still moved to another job, go with the realization that this is where He wants you to be, and that He had a reason for putting you there. Start an earnest search to find out just what that reason is. Do Not despair. One of the greatest "perks" of being a Christian, is that God will not let you down....ever. God Bless you, you are in my prayers.
