Odds are, nothing. It should pass through your digestive tract largely unchanged, and will pass in a bowel movement within a day or so. If, however, you begin having severe abdominal pain, or if you haven't had a bowel movement within a few days (or whatever's your normal rhythm), you should consider visiting the emergency room. It's remotely possible that it could get hung up somewhere, or plug a passageway--though that's unlikely. Much more likely is that you'll find that balloon floating in the toilet within a couple of days.
Now don't do it again!

If you dont see it pass in 48 hours, go see your doctor, an xray wont show it, but you may need an endoscopy/colonoscopy to retreive it.

your going to crap is out in a few days, if you dont poop for a while, call a doctor. chances are you'll just have a turd with a balloon in there, but if it doesn't come out and you dont have to go for a couple days, get help.
