No, actually Vegans get an orange or yellow tint to their skin and lack Iron. I was a vegan for some time.
Vegitarians often get clearer skin while still maintaining the healthy glow.
There is a lot to be said about veganism, but
1)No food is truly VEGAN
2)I know maybe 2 Vegans that actually avoid dietary health problems.

I don't know about Vegan, but a month ago I became a vegetarian, and I lost 12 pounds with very little exercise. So I know that is healthy.

If you follow the diet that most vegans actually follow you will be saved from the problems of old age.
Most of them tend to let their self-righteousness get in the way of their common sense and usually do lasting harm to their bodies.

you'll feel light on your feet, able to accomplish more, walk further, your breath will smell fresh, you'll attract other like people who are health conscious and even the highly educated (since it's usually the vegans who are in this group) etc. I suspect that from feeling better about exercising that would give you a glow.

the main benafit of being vegan that i'm aware of is that by not eating meat you miss out on eating animal fat, which is the worst kind of fat. you also can't eat cow's milk so you'd probably lose weight from not eating things like cheese, whole fat milk, and cream. i've never heard anything about vegans having particularly nice skin though. mabye it's because they eat lots of nuts, olives, and avocados. all those sources of healthy fat are great for your skin and hair.
