Swap a bowl of pasta to get a bowl of vegetables. You can spend less to 200 calories by lowering the starch and adding produce.

Be a kid all over again! When eating out, order some sort of child’s sandwich, pizza or cheese pizza. Then you can have the treats you like, while reducing your portions and lowering your calorie intake.

Skinless chicken breast that is grilled or stir fried is very good for you. Just not batter fried.

Skinless chicken meat is good.
But you should avoid taking the drumsticks and wings. Chemicals to accelerate growth of chickens are normally injected through the wings or/and drumbsticks.
Studies/real-life cases have shown that people who are chicken-drumsticks-and-wings-lovers are prone to breast cancer. Women and men are both vulnerable to the risks of breast cancer, mind you.

fat is not bad for you. You can't cut fat out of your diet completely because your tissue needs it to function properly. That being said, skinless chicken breast is lower in fat than other meats and perfectly healthy except of course for the antibiotics and hormones in it. You need to get a balanced diet. go to sparkpeople.com and learn about eating healthy.
