I assume you want to know if one person or another was arrested. In that case, a trip to the courthouse is in order. Go to the Clerk of the District Court's office to check on felony arrests and the Clerk of the Court's office for misdemeanors. All you will need to do is to type the person's name into the computer there and you will not only get the date the person went before the judge, but the crime they were acused of. For an added bonus, you can actually look at the case file, provided it is not in the hands of one of the lawyers.

The only drawback can be if the person was arrested outside of Dickson County. Depending on your state, you may or may not have access to the other county's arrest records.
