The officer pulled over this guy on a motorcycle and I watched him give the officer "a birdy" should I have told the officer what I saw in case he needed to use it later for court?

Not much can be done when someone tells you that you are number one in such a sweet way.
These are the same cry babies that b!t@# and moan about how long it takes for a cop to show up when they actually need one.

No, believe it or not its not illegal to give a cop the finger. BUT, the cop will use your ignorance to find a reason to pull you over (ie: he thought u looked like someone from the wanted list or something of that nature) and also, about 85% of police vicheals have dash cams in them to record evidenace, otherwise its just he says shes says in court. A video camera never lies. Thanks for trying to help out though.

As much as I hate to see people disrespect police, I stay out of their way when they are working. They have enough to worry about with the guy they pulled over doing something weird, they don't need to be distracted by other people. But I agree with you thinking.

Unfortuneatly people who are rude to officers in such a manor have not committed any crime. I would not suggest it as I'm sure the officer will attempt to find every single violation he can charge you with.

I would just let the cop do his job. Interrupting him doing a traffic stop could but his & posably your life in danger since you don't know anything about the person he pulled over.

no!!!!!! unless you saw the guy pull out a gun and kill someone...otherwise mind your own business. besides no one likes getting pulled over and given a ticket so i would of flipped him off to..i guess you have never used sign language in your lifetime? for any reason?

It isn't against the law in most states to show officers they are #1
MF is how I address them all anyway and I have yet to be arrested for it
