Correct me if I'm wrong..
Undoubtably you have read my posts about god.
Ok then let me give evidence that there is a God.
Maybe one in the bible maybe not.
Take a look around you and say there is no god...ummm..bet you can't..
Its all too well organised too much beauty not to be true. Some of you will say why does god let all the bad things happen..?
This is your choice not his..
god is not for or against you..its you who makes the decission in life not him..
Ok what about earthquakes etc..
If you truly understand god then you will understand the answer.
God lays down rules even to nature which nature must obey..without exception..
Back to the bible..the bible was writen by men but where did the idea come from..
Its a bit like giving children a fairytale book but no author.
Children believe but dont know who has writen it.
If your bad in life god only thows you back a million times till you get it right.
and says good boy not bad for a two year old.

pretty good jaz..but the very idea of us organising.things in our view is still the sign of intelligence.wether it only comes into existance when we look at it or not.
Having the ability that we know that we exist is like a computer program,,it must have writer.
Deep down we know.

Like I said in many posts that I have given.
It appears all that comes into question is my grammar.
If you look at the question it has nothing to do with how well I spell or lay out the question.
please give a reasonable response about the topic and not english lit.
Anyway the universe cannot be explained either by X,Y,Z period.
But it can be with G,O,D period

Earthquakes, wars, famine, pestilence were all mentioned as part of the last days. (Matthew 24:3-14, Luke 21:7-11) They have all happend over the centuries but not to the same intensity as they are now. And they are all happening at the same time. So, frequent earthquakes are a fulfillment of Bible prophecy.
It was also prophesied that God would "bring to ruin those ruining the earth." (Revelation 11:18) The apostle John wrote this in 96 C.E., centuires before the industrial revolution and the production of the motor car. How would John have known that Man would reach a point where he would be ruining the earth as scientists and polititians only now appreciate?

I'm not 'too proud' to believe in god at all.
Your post is not only poorly written, but it fails to do what it claims to. There is no evidence there whatsoever. I can only hope you never venture into a career as a lawyer!
All you've done here is say 'you can't explain X Y Z'; no, perhaps non-believers can't explain these things, but at the same time they don't pretend to know the answers. People who believe in god and the bible / koran / whatever intolerant, out-dated, self-contradicting book you subscribe to, on the other hand do. You pretend to know the answers. At least non-believers hold up their hands and admit that there is a lot humankind doesn't understand yet. They don't make up answers and then chastise others for not believing.
You haven't produced a SINGLE piece of evidence for the existence of a god. Your beliefs are based on nothing and therefore it's quite clear that YOU, and people like you, are the fools here, not the unbelievers.
Oh, and earthquakes? You think god creates those, do you? Two words: tectonic plates.

I appreciate your zeal....
and your belief in God (we share that)...
and very little else.
I have not read your posts about God, that is (looking at other posts, not just my own), a little presumptuous
I am taking a look around me, and I know there is a God, but just looking cant prove that (suggesting it is kinda there)
There is no support in the Bible to suggest that it is our choice for bad things to happen to us, the Bible states that God is involved with life. In case I misunderstood and you are not basing your beliefs in the bible, it is still a silly idea for you to say that we decide for bad things to happen to us. Have you been listening to those Scientologists?
If you believe in the Bible, then you are wrong, God is for us, not neutral.
Your statement that God lays down rules that nature must obey is a statement I agree with, but.... it's only a statement, with nothing behind it proving it.
Your bible/fairy tale book argument gets you nowhere. It is easy for non-Christians to say "men came up with the idea all by themselves", and you have nothing to say to them. Last I checked not many children care much whether a fairy tale book has an author or not.
Your last sentence is a true mystery to me. It sounds like you heard something inspirational and remembered it kinda wrong.
"Dream-maker is the only one who has any idea; he knows almost as much as me?" All he did was repeat what you said! Again, without any semblance of proof. Now, as you pointed out, many people point out poor grammar too much, but still.. all of your arguments are terrible. That people have a right to point out.
Remember, I believe in God too.....

that is a pretty poor argument, i'm an atheist but i think i could construct a more compelling argument on the existence if a god.
I like the way you avoid the question on natural disasters "if you understand god then you will understand the answer" what is that supposed to mean? how can anyone understand something that the very existence of is being debated?
Finally your comparing the bible to a fairy tale! are you therefore saying that people who believe the bible are as gullible as little children believing fairy tales. Most children grow up and understand that fairytales are made up, so will christians eventually grow up and work out that the bible is nothing more than a fairy tale?

I notice you dodge around the natural distasters. Mother Earth will always be in charge. We are so small on the face of the planet: some of us need to believe in something that makes us more powerful than we are.
I wonder where you stand on the creation/evolution debate.

It is the same dance done over and over again...can you prove or disprove there is a "God"?
The answer to both is "no". It is a stalemate of sorts.
I take more comfort that man himself has the capability to provide all the answers, right now, or eventually.
Everything we see, hear and touch is explained simply by what we perceive. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is subjective. Even science has it's flaws. Even when we think we got the answer right, we find out that we were asking the wrong questions.
All of what we see and behold is subject to interpretation. With our eyes we see the natural world before us. Ask a blind person (one who has been blind all his life) what he sees the world as, and he will open your mind to a completely different representation. Ask a deaf person to describe noise, and they'll tell you about the different vibrations.
Even our individual perceptions of right and wrong bias us to how our reality affects each of us. One person may find it ok to steal bread if it meant his family would not go hungry for the night. Another person may find that stealing anything, no matter how you justify it, is wrong. Find another, more honest way to feed your family.
This very argument of whether there is a "God" or whose "God" is legitimate or whose worshippers are more faithful to his teachings have killed or sacrificed their own lives more than any other doctrine or ideology. Although I would never question one's convictions, I have never heard or read that a "Scientist" was killed by a panel of other scientists because he was not conforming to the majority.
People indeed have their right to worship and accept any belief they wish. The only problem I have is when those very people impose their belief, no matter how sane or how irrational, on myself or others. Including Atheism.
However, I digress. To refer to your statement that everything is "too well organized", I say that it only seems organized according to our definition. Imagine another lifeform (the argument of "other lifeforms" can be argued in another forum) coming to Earth and reeling in horror to how disorganized they may find our Earth. Certainly there must be more order available to lifeforms. Perhaps it was the way life on this planet had evolved (again, "evolution" can be argued in another forum) that dictated animals prey on other animals for sustenance.
Imagine all life having developed the ability to photosynthesize like plants do, and do it in a way more efficient to provide all of the energy needed to power our complex muscular system.
In my opinion, if there truly was a creator, a "God", many many more things would have been much more effecient than the way they are represented to us as they are today.
I now take my leave and allow more room for other's opinions (as if I left much room.....hahaha). Anyone, feel free to email me if you have questions or feel you need to pose an argument to me. I am always very openminded...

Stop fighting against atheism... they choose what they want, the fact is nobody can prove if there is a God or not, some people feel it, some other dont.
You feel it, I feel it. Live and let live.
I prefer to believe. Good or bad for me this is my choice. And let their believes to the others.
I respect atheism (I passed through that) but I prefer to believe, even if there is no fact, sometimes ignorance and faith is better. You should do the same, it is more easy.

I have not read ur posts re: GOD- (I will in the near future)-All I can say is the following: I've worked in the Medical Field for over 27 years. I've held the hand of a dying person, as they take their last breath and go to the other side. They tell me what they are seeing- They are going somewhere beautiful, to a place called Heaven. The dying person sees their loved ones who have passed b4 them waiting- I've seen this TOO MANY TIMES TO COUNT! This is TRUE TESTIMONY to me that GOD DOES EXSIST! I pray for those daily, even strangers, and thank him for what HE has done for me. I lived a life @ one time full of self-abuse. I had a bad habit, and I prayed to HIM to help me. He pulled me out of the deep well I was in, and forgave me for things I had difficulty forgiving myself for. I am a very non-judgemental person, who loves unconditionally. I sure there will be many people that boo/hiss my words. That is okay- It rolls off my back. GOD is on my side, and gets me through the pain of sorrow and hardship. THAT is why there are one set of footprints in the sand @ times. He carries me through the turmoil. I feel his presence. HE is near. HE protects. This may not make sense, but, wanted to voice my opinion on this subject. GOD BLESS YOU! Take Care!
