Because.. they aren't all givers.. many are takers..
they want to manipulate to get something for themselves.. but, not for her. Maybe if you had sex only on those dates, he'd remember them better.. What you give, you get....

Sounds like you guys have very different sex drives? Sure in the beginning you are into each other - it's called lust - but after a while that wears off and things go to a romantic love stage.. BTW guys peak about 17-18 sexually, but at 24 he should still be on the pace. If you're hot as you say, and I believe u are cz you sound just like one of my g/fs - Find out if there's a reason why he's off his game. Guys don't respond well when they're tired, stressed, sick, or have something like work taking up free space in his head. Of course he may just be bored/tired of you or seeing someone else, but I wouldn't think so. Once a week or less is def, not right. You need to chat to him baby, see what's happening there.

Lana it is basically the nature of the beast. Being a male myself I'm certain that in my younger days I was guilty of these offenses also. But with age, a little maturity and a little less wisdom I have learned what is important to my lady also. So do not just go for my own gratification all the time.

Men forget dates because their minds are preoccupied with how to get sex.
If we (men) got sex all the time, then we wouldn't have to beg, then our minds would be free to remember things like Birthdays, and anniversaries.

Sorry, Lana. I have been married for many years and my husband has never forgotten a special date, nor has he had to be reminded a day or two in advance.
And he has never had to beg for sex...I enjoy it just as much as he does and don't use it as a weapon.
Maybe you just date losers?

It's because we is men, its what we do! And mostly that happens in the sitcoms about married people but it might happen occasionally in real life.
