To make yourself throw up if your sick and cant?

i always have this problem,i get sick and can't throw up.i just put my fingers to the back of my throat and then i throw up.gross but you gotta do what you gotta do.

Some people stick their finger down their throat to make them gag and throw-up. It was never my thing to do. If I am sick it is not a problem I will just throw-up. Hope you get better. I know that is a yuky feeling.

If I feel I need to throw up but I can't, I stick my finger down my throat and it starts a gag reflex which makes me throw up. This is rather disgusting to think about, but it works.

drink some VERY salty water...
get some ipecac at the drugstore...
