works regular , lost the delay, and won't "park". is this in the turn signal switch, or a separate module? can it b repaired by medium skilled mechanic. ty bob

First, its a seperate module. It is a well known failure for these Jeeps.

Its located in the kick panel on the drivers footwell.

It can be repaired by a monkey with a screwdriver

Its about 3-4 screws to remove the cover, and pop the plug off, un-velcro it. Plug the new one in, velcro it back to the side, put the cover back on.

Usually, it's a pulse module problem.

You're right mostly, could be a bad wire along the line.
