I brush twice daily, I floss (not daily, but I do it), I use mouthwash. I use to do drugs and I know it afected me, but I don't anymore. I eat candy alot :|

Brush, floss, see a dentist twice a year, lay off sweets and acidic foods, don't become bulimic (seriously).

Having regular cleanings (at least twice a year) is also a good idea. You should also make a point of drinking tap water. It usually has flouride and it can really make a difference in the strength of your teeth.

You can also make use of something like Waterpik or other products that offer more effective cleaning than a manual toothbrush.

Eating candy a lot is an easy road to cavities. See if you can get sugar-free or low-sugar alternatives. Fruit is much better for you and it can be more filling.

You are doing the right thing. Maybe try brushing after every meal or snack and flossing once a day. Mouthwash is good, but use listerine, not some minty fresh kind. Listerine kills germs better, and make sure you "swish" for at least one minute. Glad you are off drugs.
