I work in a hospital , there is this guy he has intrests in me at first he thought i was on the same level doing same work he used to hit on me but i was working on a different floor , he had no ideal what i did on the other floor so he put in a request to be transfered to my floor come to find out that am the charge nurse and he was not happy about it . the problem is he despises me alot he even tells other co workers what not to do if it was ordered by me, to see what ican do or to get my attention i hate disrespect and i did not even take intrest in him ,no sexual harrasment but the attitude he gives me is horrible it make s my work difficuit it makes me look incompitent my floor is dis organised . i was thinking to request for him to be transfered to another floor but am afraid i have to give a reason as it will go in his file . he has big attitude , does work so as to attract questions i need answers before i get him fired

Go to your hr department and tell them you need him transferred. If asked for a reason, tell them he is causing problems with your co-workers by undermining your authority and you find him difficult to work with. Emphasize that you are not saying he is incompetent, just that you have difficulty working with him.

We had to take heed to what i presumed substitute right into a stupid cd at artwork approximately worker family etc. besides one difficulty I did get out of it substitute into this... Why do workers with issues which includes this proceed to act this form? the respond is...They act in this form using fact there is no result and that's efficacious for them. He has the full place of work working from him and not something happens. What you adult adult males could do is get anybody at the same time and anybody lay out their problems with this guy. deliver his approach of his interest. One voice isn't very loud yet once you get lots of voices at the same time as a team it gets louder. So anybody needs to have one yet another's returned and tell him while he's being a jerk that his approach is unacceptable...yet he needs extra beneficial than a million man or woman telling him each time...

You are the charge person .
Either have him transferred OFF
Or , have a meeting with HR and get them to correct the situation .
Stop worry ing about reasons going on his file .
He is dysfunctional .
Tell HR what is going on , let them decide to transfer or fire .
I doubt they were aware of it when he transfered in ,
But they should resolve it now .
