I have this gigantic pimple on my chin and I'd love to get rid of it as fast as possible. Any ideas? Without having to buy any creams or gels etc.

The problem with pimples is that it is sometimes the puss is far below the surface. That means, unless it can break through to the uppermost layers of your skin, it will be a long time before it dissapates on its own.
Try taking a very hot washcloth and just keep it pressed there for a couple minutes a few times a day. This will encourage the puss to concentrate at that spot, and the pressure will often be like a volcano: it will start heading straight up, at which point you can safely squeeze it, and be rid of it much quicker.
Once it's been drained, put an ice cube on the area, just as you used the hot washcloth before.

Try washing your chin with hot water and soap. Drink some tomato juice. Take some vitamin A tablets

Rub toothpaste on it and sleep in it. Wash it off in the morning. It should dry it right up! (If not by morning, it should be gone by the next day, just apply it again tomorrow night)

Use ACNE removal products it gets rid of it within a week
