Yes, I find it is very good for my boxing training. After a good round of bare knuckles, stepping into the ring with gloves is almost like boxing with sissies. If you can take a round in the store, the parking lot, or your child's school yard with another parent, you can handle anything the ring can bring on.

No......but there seems to be a difference if the fight is between two men or if it is between two women ? If the fight is between two men; their girlfriends or wives usually start screaming trying to break up the fight 2 or 3 minutes after the fight starts. On the other hand; if two women start fighting, their boyfriends or husbands usually pull them apart & try to break up the fight 25-30 minutes after they start fighting.
