Yes, if you have a calling card. But the US telephone system is messed up big time! It's all different phone providers and who has a contract with who (internationally). There is a 800 number on the back of your calling card that works in the US. So you dial that and start from a Canadian based Telus line. Much easier.

just use canada direct 1 800 555 1111 and follow the voice prompts to have it billed to your account. If you are asking if your telus cell phone will work in the US it might depending on what roaming agrements telus has.

I'm assuming you mean Telus the service provider for your cell phone, in which case you can use it no problem. I used my phone something like 4 times though in new york and my bill went up 20 something bucks, so be careful, heh.
