My baby sister has chicken pocks. I've had them already. But I work in a day care. Can I somehow carry chicken pox to the other kids?

There is no exclusion for people who have come in contact with chicken pox from schools (only the currently infected) so I think you should be safe.
If you have had chicken pox you are immune to it. Just be sure to practice proper hygiene (washing hands etc) before going to daycare and you should be right. If in doubt ask your employer.

You cannot "catch" varicella, or chickenpox virus, twice. If you have had the disease you more than likely have sufficient antibodies to prevent you from being reinfected. A few people, very few, may have a mild case and therefore be less immune. So it is always possible, although unlikely.
If you have chickenpox, you are contagious from 1-2 days BEFORE blisters form until all blisters are scabbed over; this may take 5-10 days. If you are infected, you do not show signs until after 10-21 days.
The children at your daycare, if their parents are conscientious and they are old enough, should have been vaccinated themselves; the first varicella vaccination is typically given at 12 months, then again at 4-6 years.
Teenagers and adults who have had chickenpox may get "shingles", or herpes zoster. This occurs when the chickenpox virus, which may be dormant in your spinal nerves, reactivates and causes a painful rash around your sides. If you have a shingles rash, you CAN give chickenpox to someone who hasn't had the disease or who hasn't been vaccinated.
