Can you imagine yourself writing a "scroll" for the Bible, and thinking?

Question

Someday, men wearing $2,000 suits, and $100 silk ties, and $500 dollar shoes will be prancing around on a stage screaming at the top of their lungs that ..... "these words are the inerrant words of God"?

In short: How would you feel if your were writing a Novel and thought that someday a future civilization would declare your words as "the word of God"?

(If you are a woman, would you be tempted to write?: "Husbands you should submit to your wives."
or
.. "Men, you should keep your mouths shut in Church"

The present Bible/ word of God already says the antithesis of that message "from God" - so to say

I think the various authors of Biblical literature would have had no thought of their writings becoming authoritative for a whole community, except perhaps the priestly writers/scholars who transcribed the various laws. As to the "women submit to your husbands" stuff, that was the norm of the culture, and Christians were being called to be model citizens, mostly so they wouldn't continue to be fed to lions and lit on fire to light Caesar's gardens...
